WSC Series Part 3: For every problem, there is a solution, and it is not Windex, it is weights!

“Beau, I can’t lift a bag of mulch, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, I just had shoulder re-attachment surgery, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, my back always hurts, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, my car broke down, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, I just lost my job, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, I have post nasal drip and feel like garbage, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

“Beau, blinds or curtains, what should I do?” “Lift some weights.”

Yes, I do imagine that one day Beau’s daughter will come to him and say: “Dad, I do not know what kind of  flowers to get for my wedding.” In my mind, Beau says: “Honey, let’s go out to the garage and get some heavy sets in and we will figure it out.”

On top of the fun, the smiles, and the great coaching, people lift and lift and lift lots of weights. From the elderly, to those rehabbing, to collegiate athletes, to people just trying to fight the grind of time and nature– everyone is at WSC to lift weights a LOT. It is a simple regiment: lift weights, and occasionally push the prowler, get on an assault bike or row if you’d like. But always– and I mean always–  get under the bar and lift.
